POSTINGS WILL BE MADE ONCE EACH WEEK with The Spectrum for (4) FOUR Consecutive Weeks Beginning Jan. 8^th, 2009

City has initiated a final review for “VACATING OR ALTERING of PUBLIC ROAD”; to correct plats and deeds, realigning to specific size and equal width throughout, in preparation for re-dedication of certain portions of Westfield Road, and to ensure proper and safe vehicular travel thereon.

PUBLIC POSTING REQUIRED BY STATE STATUTE, FOUR CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, Jan. 8^th, 15^th, 22^nd and 29^th; PUBLIC WILL BE HEARD DURING REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON February 12^th, 7PM, Thursday, at CITY OFFICE CHAMBERS, 212 TOQUER BLVD.

          RELATED MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AT CITY OFFICES, BEGINNING  JANUARY 8^TH, (Thursday)
                NOON UNTIL 3PM WORKDAYS.
